Clinical characteristics of intestinal mixed infections

Objective. To study the features of clinical picture mixed intestinal infections in patients treated at Regional Infectious Clinical Hospital named after A.M. Nichoga period from 2017 to 2021.
 Materials and methods. The was studied 55 with infection who were (Astrakhan).
 Results. Mixed most cases registered summer-autumn (51 % 92.7 %) form sporadic morbidity. Epidemiological anamnesis data show that majority drank unboiled water, swam river, where they accidentally swallowed consumed food products questionable quality, chicken meat, eggs insufficiently heat-treated, unwashed vegetables fruit. Four arrived Astrakhan amoebiasis-endemic regions (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Egypt); 51 (92.7 had a moderate disease,4 (7.3 severe form. inflections characterized by symptoms shigellosis salmonellosis.
 Two patients, diagnosed + amoebiasis manifestations ulcerative colitis complicated bleeding; 2 salmonellosis amoebiasis, developed dehydration shock. treatment carried out Intensive Care Unit Resuscitation Hospital.
 Conclusions. bacterial is mainly determined manifested phenomena intoxication, development colitic gastroenterocolitic syndromes.
